Thanking God in the Dance

I love to dance! I love to dance before, to, and for the Lord. Dancing is one of the ways  I express and demonstrate my love and devotion to Him. When I’m dancing, I know I’m dancing with the best. He always stays on beat. He knows how to lead me around and around, never stepping on my feet!

I love to dance in my church, my shower, and my room, as I move to my Partner’s glorious tune. He is always ready to groove; anytime He can cut a move! I love to dance with Him in the melody of the Good News. I’m still amazed (though I skip a beat), He chose to dance with me, forever and always!!! So as we have the chance, let’s dance!

“You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness” Psalm 30:11 kjv.

“And David danced before the Lord with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod” 2 Samuel 6:14  kjv.

“Let them praise His name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the trimbrel and harp’ Psalm 149:3, kjv. 

Praise him with the trimble and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs” Psalm 150:4 kjv.
