Smile a While

For there are many things that affect our smiles; in a nutshell… LIFE: sickness, sorrow and pain, depression, grief; maybe sunshine and /or even rain. But wouldn’t you agree, it’s good to smile a while when you can see the setting sun, and see the good that God has done?

You’re still here to see a new day; a new month; SMILE. We woke up; we got up; SMILE. No matter what may be, know that God has set us free. SMILE. Though sometimes we feel bad and not so good, by God’s grace we can still SMILE.

By smiling we gain many things: To SMILE cause our cheeks to rise. It paints gratitude on our face. It shows we’re determined to be joyful beyond the challenges and changes that come our way. It shows we’re depending on God to take care of what could cause us to frown; but don’t let the frowns bring you down! If you could muster in a smile, I pray and believe, you’ll feel better in a while.

I will keep on thanking God, though at times my heart may ache, I’m determined to keep smiling for Christ’s sake. He brings the joy in my day, I SMILE.

“He will fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouting” Job 8:21

“You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forever more.” Psalm 16:11.
